I am an international student who moved to U.S. recently for studying (I'll probably stay here for four years) and I'm having problem with collecting my revenues from my adsense account, so I **decided to create a new account now here in U.S. but the problem now is it asking me for a SSN which I don't have! Is there any way that I cab complete my profile in adsense and get paid normally? ** Yes, I have tried to change the country but google's policy doesn't allowed me to do that ** and Yes, I have emailed google adsense million times with no any response Thank you!
Not too sure about the USA tax system, but surely that is a bad idea anywhere. I would not want someone earning money using my tax ID which would involve me having to pay more tax and not actually seeing any of that money. Might also be fraud somewhere. I never got a reply from email, try their product support forum - sometimes you get a reply.
