Do we have to file our tax for every dollar we made online? I'm a student and have no other job beside online income.
It depends which country you are in. Here in the UK you are allowed a personal allowance of about £5000 GBP (from memory, so could be wrong with figure) before you have to pay tax on it.
In the US you have to file for everything you get (with some very rare exceptions, i think), but the general rule is if you earn it you file taxes on it. Also in the US, if you earn over $600 (or is it $400?) per year through some company (like with Google Adsense program), they are required to provide you with paperwork that shows what you earned and such.
No, of course you don't HAVE to file taxes. Prisons are nice from what I hear. Just watch the show Prison Break! Seems to be very easy to break out of them.
Do you really have to pay income tax? Good question. Look here for the answer: http://freedomtofascism.com/downloads/dvd.html
Yep, I'm sure that video is 100% accurate, yep completely accurate I suppose you could use the video as a defense as to why you didn't pay your income taxes
If you do not think REAL people do not eventually win in fighting for their rights.....listen and watch Marcella Brooks Explanation
Generally, you need to file all your income that you make from all sources and depending of the rules of the land, the Tax Department would determine if you need to pay any taxes or not. It is better to declare than be sorry.
The truth is stranger than fiction..... Money Masters Part 1 Money Masters Part 2 ' Do not let these tools alter your reality and livelihood. It is you and your claim of heritage that own this country and you forefathers that fought to win your freedom.......do give up your liberties.
Yeah, I saw the Freedom to Fascism film, and it makes me not want to pay taxes, because if there is not a law for it, then it is basically extortion. The taxes we pay in here in the U.S. can't pay off the national debt anyway.
Ok..... Let's keep that side of the discussion to politics and religion forum. Back on Topic, I'm pretty sure that there is a rule in the US that you don't have to pay taxes on small independent/freelance jobs that do not provide more than $600 a year. I'm almost positive of this. I have heard from a few trusted and pretty knowledgeable people that this actually can apply to any job that is taking on an independent basis. For example, my father once worked as an umpire for spare money. He never made more than $600 per "job" as they hired him for 1 game, and then rehired him. If you aren't already filing them, then you will probably be ok. How much are you making from your online income? You can think of it a bit like any true "freelance" job. Would you pay taxes on the money you got mowing lawns in your spare time one summer. No. Would you have to pay taxes if you ran a gardening service, yes.
You need to file tax as per the filing requirements. Check the link http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96623,00.html
