    I have an adsense account, and i a using adsense on an website.
    For a new website, do i have to do something before i publish ads on this new website? Do i have to submit it to be checked by google, or something?

    I checked out your website. The pictures are funny.

    You can publish ads on your website so long as you have an active Adsense account.

    You don't have to submit your website to Google for checking.

    Regarding adsense, i just found the sections where it says that i don't have to resubmit it.

    You can place your code on any site with real content - not a half finished site with little to no content.

    You also need to make sure you are not using copyrighted content - i.e. content that you don't own or get express permission to use.
