Once I post an article on my blog, do I have to change that article before submitting to several article directories? Or can I submit the same article and still get good results with google ?

Do not post your article to ezine articles if you plan on posting your article in several places. EA will consider it duplicate content and won't accept it.

Read the directory policy and read the section pertaining to duplicate content. Some directories do not check/don't care too much about dup content and other do. If you run into a directory that does not accept dups then just change your article ('spin' as stated above) and then submit it.

It's certainly not a problem but I really prefer fresh content. I don't really bother to submit to other articles directories. I only use ezinearticles and goarticles. It's a lot easier and rewarding.

I've heard people had success using both spun and identical articles. It depends on whether you're using article marketing for human visitors or just for backlinking purposes.

You can submit your article with out changing it but you need to give reference of your blog post. It will be good for you.

My general rule is this, if I have two aricles one of them I put on my blog, the other one on ezinearticles, wait for ezine to approve my article, once they approve it I rewrite that article and post it to other article directories. This is what I do and i get good results.

Better way is to spun or rewrite the articles making them at-least 40% unique and then you can submit to many article directory.

you don't have to...unless you want each of the articles to show up in search results or give you a good quality link. if so, you need to change the content about 30%

Submitting the same article in different article directories is not wrong. But if you spin your article before submitting, your back links will get more value from search engines.

There are some directories that will remind you what is duplicated in your article. So that you can edit it, and change for the better.

Spun articles won't fool Google. Read up on their patents :) You'll need at least a new unique paragraph.

Always make sure that you know the article site's policy on duplicate articles. Duplicity won't hurt you in terms of google but it's not going to help you that much either.

Yah its better to make some changes before submitting on different websites. If you can not rewrite it just change the title of the article.
