Hi, I've created two videos on my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/ViralCasanova and would like to know if my compilation videos are any good. Most importantly I'd like to know what to improve; content or video editing. Direct links to my videos below Thank you for your time.
Hi. I watched the second video because the start picture looks better. So for starters an intro picture that Youtube uses might work, something that makes people click on the video in the first place. Erm...I found it boring. I stopped 1:40. They are just videos sewn together. No intro music, no music per video (the "I believe I can fly" did it well), no intro, no good voice per video...something that makes me watch more instead of going to Youtube and watching them singularly. Youtube compilations work better than singles because they are sewn together but the idea only works when they are screaming out "pass me around". The idea of combining "same topic" videos is a good idea. But you need to be quick in getting the best sewn together. Regards.
You're asking us if you have potential by using other people's videos? Really? Of course there's potential, you're doing little to no work and compilation videos like these usually get big hits. Remove your intro and just keep making videos.
You need to make your compilations more interesting and unique if you ask me. You need to find some royalty free music, and it needs to be pretty good music, and mix it all well throughout the whole compilation. Also, are you aware that probably you won't be able to monetize any of your videos, as you are using other people's materials? On the other hand if you are looking to get yourself promoted as a video producer, you need to give it a more push, and much more detail. Check this guy out, he is doing an awesome job, and he has already got some job offers. It is all about understanding human emotions and needs (any of them - anger, rage, need for drama, love, happiness, comedy etc. ).
What Aleksa said is right, I am not a video geek but he give a good comparison. And the Zapatou's videos choosen very carefully to fullfill the human emotions.. In the end of show, Zapatou put a very profesional message to us.. So, I think you need to improve your both content and video editing.. Keep trying..
