do i have any hope with AWP and 1500 uniques/day ?

hello, my first post here

i signed up with AWP months ago but never had the time to use it in my sites.

now i wanna use AWP on one of my sites about travel photography, it's mainly made of pictures and few descriptions about exotic places.

i have usually 1500 unique visitors daily and 3-4000 page views.

site already pays good with adsense.

now, based on your experience with AWP, do i have any chance of
making some sales with just 1500 uniques ?

how much could it pay monthly ? is it worth it ? or better try selling hotels/flights with CJ or others ?

Unoptimized (i.e. I could place links better) I get $3-500 a quarter on those traffic stats.

Are you talking AWS / Amazon Web Services though?

 

yeah basically i could put a thumbnail of some travel guide (i.e. : Lonely Planet, Let's Go, Frodo, ..) for each country and for each section, or try to automate it somehow.

but the point is ... reading the old threads it seems the average CTR is 1 click every 100 visitors and 1 sale every ~100 clicks .. that means i need 10.000 visitors to make 1 sale ??

is it correct ?

 

I wouldn't say 1 click every 100 uniques. More like 1 in 100 hits.

 

hmmm i'm just playing with mrRat's script.

looks very good, i could hack it to blend with my layout,
it's 1000 times better than what i had in mind

issue : even using mrRat's script how much could i earn
with just 1500 visitors/day ?

 

Not sure how much you could earn, but just make sure you have a good dedicated server if you use that script.

 

I'm still working on some new sites, but on an average, 1 in every 30 visitors that clicks through from my site ends up purchasing, and I know for a fact that I don't get 1500 unique visitors daily.

I'd say with traffic like that you've got a strong chance of making very decent revenue with amazon.
