I am trying to make more money with a game server affiliate program. I have created a game server website that provides useful game server information. My hope is to get it in the top Google results for game server keywords, and then make money from affiliate program banners. Is this a good plan?
Yes of course , you can try to make money with this website but there are some deadlinks (404's). Anti-Cheat,Gaming News, Free PC Games List and links I'd fix that. GOOD LUCK! Greetings
Looks good. I'd add some kind of blog so you can keep updating the website with fresh content. Reviews on different hosting services would be good as well.
Are you doing any type of advertising besides good keyword placement? That is a good question that you should mention when you posted this. I suggest trying to get links to good PR sites. There is one going on right now in LINK SALES to a PR 4 Webcloud I got onto that so hell you might want to do. Anchor Links and Content is a must if you expect your site to get high on the google ranking.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. I know there are several dead links on my site. It is still under construction. I am working on link building. I have added links to the site in my signatures at forums where I have hundreds to thousands of posts and am also obtaining high PR links from various sites.
Plan is Good but implementation is really hard, if you implement your plan every plan is great, you have to wait for long then you some first in google top 10 and when you accomplish this you will get your destination.
Almost anything you can plan online is good - if you have enough dedication to pull through with it. Anything can be the best. if you put enough work and effort into it.. Good luck!
Plan sounds good to me. The only thing I would add is that you might want to consider using text links rather than banner ads as they tend to get more clicks in my experience.
