Do I give VA's holidays?

So I have hired a small company who give me to VA's that work for me pretty much full time. They are both in India and I tell you the country celebrates more holidays than I have ever seen. After I gave them Christmas off I started to think and asked that a list be made of holidays over the year they would require off, I was returned with a list of 10 days throughout the year.

This comes to a total of around $250 per year I would be spending for their time off. My question is, am I using a service or do I have employees, should I be paying for this time off in your opinion? Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes Indeed you are correct. Why can't you try some other best rated virtual assistants "Habiliss" by Wall Street Journal and Good Morning America.

They offer service globally 24/7/365 and they have very good reviews.

At present they are offering 20% flat discount on all their subscription plans till January 05, 2014.

    Thanks.

Well, I think it depends on their work results, if they can produce some good results for your business. That will be good to give him/them holidays. However, if they produce OK results, you'd better look for better virtual assistants because there are tons of there.
