Do I Get My Money Back Immediately Upon Credit/Debit Card Charge-Back ?

    Hello,

    If I face fraud on purchasing something over the Internet using my credit/debit card, then I do charge-back.

    My question is : Do I get my money back immediately after I do charge-back ?

    It depends on your bank's policy but I do not believe you get your money back immediately. What usually happens is that your bank will request the merchant to submit proof of purchase and delivery.

    Some banks may put the money back within a few days and if the seller can proof delivery then they will deduct the money from your account again otherwise the money is yours to keep.

    immediately? lolol... it will at least take 15 days for your CC provider to get the money back.. but guarantee they will get the money back for you if its not e-gold....

    90% of time u will get ur money back,still it depends on lot of factors as Eddy mentioned.

    Depend on your bank's policy, It's usual 30-60 days after the bank got your request
