    No. Your Page Rank has nothing to do with the CPC of the ads displayed on your site.

    No it doesnt matter what page rank site you are running.the cost we get from per click is fixed at the time of setting budgets in adwords.So you will get the same amount what has been fixed earlier by package buyer.

    Ads are displayed dynamically according to the page content. I think they also look at your refferals too.
