Do I get google pin code with virtual address?

if I want to get adsense Address verification, can I use a virtual address or virtual post mail for do it?

or

can I have an approved account without PIN verification please help me to solve this issue?

 

What do you mean by virtual address? The PIN is a physical item, like a postcard, so it has to be delivered in the real world rather than electronically.

 

I know the PIN is a physical item but it is impossible to receive that because I live in forbidden country,so I can't get it directly ,some websites have a solution to do this like virtualpostmail[dot]com which they rent a real address to receive and retransmit your letter by physical mail or by email
I don't know can I trust to these company or google doesn't ban me for do an illegal method ?

Trust is a very difficult issue. Since it's just a Google PIN, you're in a no-lose situation, to be honest: if they ban your account for using a virtual address, you lose nothing because you weren't verified anyway.

A better bet would be to find a friend in a country Google allows and get them to do it for you. Of course, you're still outside Google's TOS if you do that, so they could ban you any time they like. And you won't be able to withdraw funds, either, since they only send to bank accounts...

Probably easier to find either another advertising network or a partner (in a Google-allowed country) for the enterprise.

Compared to AdSense, I guess that's true. The thing is, how are you going to get AdSense money? If you don't have a bank account in an approved country, there's no point struggling to use AdSense as you'll just build up money that you can't access. Then those smaller amounts from other networks become infinitely better because you can actually cash out!
