Do hosting companies limit how many packages you can buy from them?

Ok i have been a member of 1&1 for about 3 months now, i know the reviews suck but i have had 0 downtime, one time they overcharged me but refunded my money.. Anyways, it such a huge deal (2000gb for 7$ a month) while most hosting companies charge 20-60$... I was wondering does anyone know if you can buy say uhm... 10 packages? And then use them as mirrors for file hosting and what not? A LOT cheaper than buying an unmetered server..

dont even think of using that much resources...before you use 40%, you'd be kicked out for resource usage (mainly cpu)
