Do google search results vary according the country from where we search?

    Do google search results vary according the country from where we search? If so how can we get the results independent of the country from where we search?

    Yes they do. Your websites that uses your country specific TLD ( like .uk, .eu etc) might have a better ranking in google.co.uk but it may not even appear in google.com & vice versa..

    welll i just did a test...if your IP is Canadian - my canadian sites rank higher - but when you have a USA IP, they .CA domains rank lower..

    You would just do a normally Google search and don't select a search from your specific region

    I think even for normal google search, google will give more priority for the country you are searching from.

    Yes search results vary because there are separate version of Google for every country, Google India, Google Pakistan, etc

    Independent would be from Google.com, i think

    Yes this is called geo targeting. Google geo targets you according the the country you are from

    yes they do...

    as google has different search results for its domain, such: google.co.uk, google.co.id or.. even google.com
