Hey, when a domain name has a lot of google search results does it really make a difference?

Lets say one had 3.5 mill results when in quotes, would that be worth more?

Yes it would - if the extension is in the quotes.
    Example "mysitename.com" not "mysitename"

3.5 million is amazing. "digitalpoint.com" has only 841,000.

sometimes they do matter, but its just one aspect of the overall purchase review before buying.

If your domain name contains certain keywords which are searched often, then it definitely matters.
