Do Google search results depend on the computer?

I was doing a Google search for keywords "mrp system". One computer showed my site in the middle of page 4, another - at the bottom of page 8. Why is it such a big gap? I use Firefox on both machines.

It's the web browser that you're using.

If you use FireFox, then you might view different results that you'd normally get on Google Chrome.

yah it is on the browser that your using. The technicality on what happen to your site is really basic. But if you want to assured you listing then use a tool that will give directly the page of your site.

It is related to the browser and website version you are using (.com vs some local google).
