I have a blog where i usually write unique content. But my brother also write using same PC and he sometimes copy content and publish in many blogs. But some days ago all the blogs including my and my brother is penalized by Google. Now i want to know did google penalized my blog for using same ip and in future shoud i use this IP?

Hi Tanjid, Obviously not, in my point of view it would not be the issue for penalizing your blog. Whatever may be the reason I don't know but Google does not penalize your blog for that reason.
This should not be an issue. e.g as on intranet different people might have the same IP for accessing their (say) Blogger account. Google can't guess if there are two different people or the same one using the same IP.
If you have left footprint for Google and you are doing wrong thing then your all the site would be penalized. Once my all the sites were penalized as I was creating auto blogs on many site and I was using Adsense on them.... Google tracked from Adsense I think.
