Do Google PageRank affect your maximum indexed page?

I got about 13,000 + pages indexed when my pr was 2 then raise to 16,000+ when my pr was change to 3 at last pr update.

Do google Pagerank affect your total amount of page indexed?

If your homepage is "dofollow" linked from all of your indexed pages, it should effect PR value.

I think indexed page is the one that affects PR of home page as they might contribute to the PR points of your homepage.

PR has nothing to do with how many pages you have indexed nor it will affect the amount of pages google will index.
As TMSfactory mentioned if you want google to index more pages make sure that you have a decent xml and html sitemap with no more than 100 links per page and work on your in site link structure.

Not at all. Pages listed in search engine doesn't affect PR. It only need quality backlinks to boost PR. I have only 3 page listed in Google but have got PR2 for my one site.

I think it does make a difference. the more authority you have, the more pages u get indexed.

I also haven't seen a connection between PR and how many pages are indexed.

Yes that is among the factors and also another point is that many times, the higher PR websites tend to get crawled and refreshed quite more often, even without having added new content pages.
