Can anybody please tell me that the links or url of my website added by my visitor to his google notebook account gives importance to my SERP position. Will my SERPs position for that URL or anchor text increase or it is just like a link sended from one email account to another account (because links in email accounts are not counted as they are generated from database)

please reply my this question if i am wrong anywhere please correct me and give me wide information in this topic.

Doubtful as the page links won't be in the Google index. I can see some people arguing that they would help as Google 'knows' about the links, though it would be very easy to setup a test to prove one way or another.

Great thinking! If this doesnt have some effect on the SERPs today, it will certainly tomorrow. It is a widely held opinion that Google uses its Google Analytics engine to collect additional stats to use in calculating SERPS, why wouldnt they use all of their properties to this end?
