Do Google ban for low CTR?

    Low CTR won't get you in trouble, BUT please try not to tell other people what is Adsense because that is the leading cause for declining CTRs worldwide over the past couple of years.

    When people know what is Adsense, they will not click anymore.

    But I assume there is no direct connection between that to CTR? As my traffic is very targetted for the ads that are showing on my website, and most of it is search traffic, so it's a very good and targeted one :)
    So hopefully smartpricing will skip me..

    google would not ban you if you have low ctr , unless you are faking the ad impressions.

    Yes, you got smart priced.

    Why should google-pay for low CTR sites? Forums are usually CTR - still - few clicks are also money for them :).
