Do Google allow us to directly parse its SERPS ?

    Do Google allow us to directly parse its SERPS ? or with API ?

    and what this site doin wapda.com in its search

    they do this through an API.

    but, you can easily put Googles's searcher in your website, using AdSense for Search and earn money from this.

    Yes,you can scrap serp results. One reason i think is because it takes to much resources from their servers as those resources were meant for real people looking for results. So, google provide api for the solution.
