Do google ads have to be outstanding?

How do you think, do ads have to be outstanding from the design?
I mean many sites try to hide google ads and count for visitor who will click links accidentally.

I don't think that page is gonna do too well, just my opinion is all.

 

Made by myself and tried for user to get the feeling of a part of a page. Same color, round corners.
Actually to my mind it's quite outstanding and I wish to make a descision, to change or not to change)

The words are quite cheap in online dating to my mind so I just try to get some extra not full salary) Do you have suggestions?
