    Hi,

If a website has 10,000 inbound links from Free For All pages popularly known as FFAs, would that make a difference to Google ranking or PageRank?

    Thanks

I wouldn't bother - Google hates link farms. Of course, it probably won't hurt either, because Google knows you can't necessarily control who is linking to you.

most of the ffa sites are link farms.

and google does not like link farms.

if you have 10k link from ffa sites, you may be banned or loose your serp position

Those are basically link farms. Google does not like them. It will only hurt a site.
