Use a backlink checker. Just seach backlink checker in Google and you will get a list. Some will have a field in the results defining if it is a do follow or no follow link.
there is one firefox plugin called nodofollow. You can install it and check whether the signature link is in violet colour means then it is dofollow or if it is red colour means then it is nofollow this issue in forums. IF u r looking for blogs means then u must check the Name colour or link in between the comments if it is in violet then it is dofollow blog
For this purpose, I have installed a plug in in fire fox, that is called seoquake. It is very easy to use. Once you simply click on the button, the tool becomes active. And all no follow hyperlink will be shown with a cut mark in the middle.

You may download FireFox plug-in called Quirk Searchstatus version 1.36. You can highlight "nofollow" link using this plug-in when you're on a website so you can easily see which links provide link juice and which aren't.
Its quite simple install plugin "nodofollow" or you can do this: right click the link and select "view selection source" is there is a tag rel=nofollow then the link is nofollow otherwise its dofollow. Example: when you right click on any link and select view selection source you get to see liek this: <a href="http://www.abc123.com" rel="nofollow">abc123</a> => its a nofollow link <a href="http://www.abc123.com">abc123</a> =>its a dofollow link
