That's right, there is no such tag like do follow but there sure is the nofollow tag which can be checked for in the page source. Simple open page source, hit ctr+f for search) and type in nofollow and the word nofollow in the page source will be highlighted.

You can install either SEO For Fiirefox adds on or Search Status adds on. Both hightlights links that are no-follow.
To check weather your blog is Dofollow or No follow just go to the home page of your blog and right click on it from the right click menu select view source option on the view source option check whether the links are dofollow or nofollow.If the links are nofollow it means the your blog is also nofollow, if the links are dofollow it means the blog is also dofollow.

Yes. Some parts of a forum is dofollow and nodofollow. What matter most is the link on the post and signature.
