do follow vs no follow

Is there someone here who knows about the most fundamental differences about do follow and no follow, and where are the positives and negatives ..?

 

You can't get pr juice if the link be marked with NOFollow; DOFollow link will be perfect inbound link and will give you PR Juice if you created the inbound links from high PR site.

 

Do follow link is counted as a back link by google..but no follow link is not...but no follow help to divert traffic on your web site.

 

did you have sample for no follow site too?

 

you can have the tool for you to know the do follow or no follow sites. Check this out. https addons mozilla org/en-US/firefox/addon/321 (this is if your browser is firefox)
remember that the pink or red color represents no follow and the blue one for do follow. Hope this helps.

No follow link is not helful in site PR link juice.But it can provide us more traffic if we would place link under our site niche.But I always recommend make do follow as well as no follow.Because it will show natural link building which search engine loves.

 

No follow sites or links are not crawled by the Google. It is an attribute which Google spider does not follow. In other words links have nofollow attribute does not counted by search engine but only useful for traffic on the other hand if there is not any nofollow attribute it is considered as dofollow by search engine.

Hye..this is Mariya. welcome to all. Nofollow as it's name itself suggests it prevents the crawler to crawl the links available on the page.It doesn't help in building backlinks. Whereas it helps in increasing the visitors on your site and cacheing your web page. Dofollow is just opposite of it..

hello, i am new for seo... do follow link is counted as a back link and no follow links not to be counted as back link. My site having few backlinks which coming from no follow sites (given no follow for my links) could you please explain how it's possible.

do follow or no follow means whether the spiderbot will crawl your site or not;
e.g: <a href="http://www.yoursite.com" rel=nofollow alt=keywords>keywords</a>
the "keywords" link is not valuable to your SEO

 

No follow links not crawled by the Google and the search engine's bot doesn't transfer to your website. If the link is do follow then spider will crawl your site.

 

No follow won't give you any benefit of SE bots but can still generate normal traffic from the people who click on it.
