I always use seoquake, it's easy and fast. Download seoquake it's a firefox plugin, install it, and on the bottom right of your firefox browser there is seoquake's icon.
Right-click on it and check this:
Line-through "nofollow" and "noindex"

Just type mozbar on google & install this toolbar on mozilla. It displays nofollow links of every site. This toolbar have a button of "nofollows". Just click on this button & it highlights no follow links with pink colour.

I have installed seo quake in my browser. when I need to check any page. I make it active. It shows a cut line on every hyperlinked title which is nofollow

First method :

* Right click anywhere in your firfox browser and select View Page Source ( Or simply press Ctrl + U ).
* Now in source window, press Ctrl + F and search for ‘nofollow’ . If you can not find nofollow tag, it means that the blog is a dofollow blog .

Maybe topic starter thinks how to get links without being cheated with this no-follow thing. Because if the link is no-follow there is no use for it. I can recommend to use link building services for such links buying because some of such services have guarantees and even waranties.
