do follow or do not follow links

    hello,

    i have heared many about link-building i myself have buyed some links and i want to buy more - but i have read there exist an "devil" "not-follow" for links.

    is there any tool for checking an page if they links "do follow" or "do not follow"?

    I check source code of site. I think thier is something to check sites also but do not remember sites name.
