    Download a bit of software called "blog finder" you can searchg for do-follow blogs with any keyword of your choice, just google it ;)

    Google is a good place to start. Just do a google search for something like "business forum" and then include the forum software that you know best.

    Example: If your looking for a business forum, include the word vbulletin with quotes, like this - business forum + "vbulletin". If you know the SMF forum software best, then do the same search but replace "vbulletin" with "smf".

    hello there,

    i am new about seo and there is a thing that i still do not get.

    this forum for example is PR4 but the internal pages of the forum do not have any PR. so what is the reason to post the link in the signatures if these pages have not any PR value?
    just to increase direct traffic?

    I search goole, you can also find some forum posts with pagerank that way as well and use them
