Download an SEO program like SEOQuake and turn on its ability to cross-out the nofollow links. Just keep an eye on websites/blogs you browse. When you see comments with links that aren't crosses out, then you've found a good one. If it's a website you visit a lot, chances are other people do, and it is likely to have a decent PR.

You may use such tools like "Fast Blog Finder" too.

I think searching google for a do follow blog directory is a better option to find alot of do follow blogs separated into category.

its not easy to fetch a list of do follow blogs....all the follow lists available out there are hardly 30% worth it...also most of the times u ll get the do follow blogs where u CAN NOT COMMENT....and most of the times ur comment will NOT BE APPROVED though honest!!!
so the moral of the story is..u ve to spend a lot of time in manually compiling REAL DO FOLLOW BLOGS that u can use for ur link building out of all the crap available..i am having the list of around 200 REAL do follow blogs which is not available on any site under 1 roof..that i ve got after manually going through around 1000-1500 blogs...where u can actually comment....was thinking to sell that list on DP...as its worth a gold.
but for matter of fact..if u need it then PM me...with the good offer so that we can negotiate a good deal:)
of course only if u r interested in speeding sme green for gold!!!

Good luck. Just screen all the free lists out there if you have time. I'm working on a new round of reviews and the are only getting worse. A month ago most were 50% dofollow now they are only about 40%.

Lots of people are wasting their time.

My fist suggestion is to stop worrying about “DoFollow” blogs.

Commenting on Blogs is a great way to grow traffic and help with SEO but Do Not Forget About NoFollow Blogs when commenting!

NoFollow was intended to stop a link from passing PR on from one site to the next. Google still counts them as backlinks (although the weight may be a bit diminished) so commenting on popular nofollow blogs can be a great idea as well!

Now I know there will be a few people on here who will disagree with me 100%, but Google’s own Webmaster Tools shows “nofollow” links as back links, and I have had sites indexed and rank well in Micro Niches with only backlinks from nofollow blogs!
