Do Follow Bloggers on DP

    Hey guys,

I am finally ready to build my blog again, so I need to network with some good do follow bloggers.

Home Biz Marketing is my main blog.

    What's yours?

P.S. is it common practice to just use the URL field for the do follow link? I do hate spammy-type blog posts, even when they are from real visitors.

    Thanks DP :)

In an attempt to curb blog comment spamming, WordPress adds a rel=nofollow tag to outbound links left in comments (making the links a lot less appetizing to search engines and consequently spammers too.) If you reverse this default behaviour, your blog becomes a "do-follow blog". There are several plug-ins that allow you to control the behaviour of such links on your blog.

You can read a little more about rel=nofollow via Yahoo! and a little ingenuity.

My blog is dofollow. But you need to have at least 10 comments before your link in comment to be dofollowed. :) Check my blog link in my "Recent Blog".

There are plenty of dofollow blogs out there but a lot of them aren't really worth it without a PR to the actual page. I have an entire list if anyone is interested. Just pm me and I'll send it over to you...

I just recently converted mine to do follow. Was hesitant at first but I am controlling the spam with no problems.

Do follow leads to spam. Specially when your blog starts to grow.

I wrote a post about it here.
