Hell... I don't know. I take back what I said about it. I don't even know why I said it. I thought by now they would have their act together on it.

I have to tell the truth here. I purchased their "Traffic Kahuna" thing at $127 a month and asked for my money back. It was really stupid stuff. So, I'm sorry I mentioned Comment Kahuna. My bad.

Yeah, and they charge 97 bucks for the whole program! The free one isn't half bad, I guess. It's only Wordpress, but there are lots of Wordpress blogs around. I wrote those guys once and told 97 bucks was a little pricey, but they never responded.

I second that....I think if you do the link building work maually the results will be far better though the time taken will be a little more..

But the results are what we are looking for.eh?

Oh heck yeah, but who has that kind of time? I mean, that's the issue here. Delegation is what webmasters need the most. They need to have dependable people help them do some of this stuff, or they have to rely on semi-automatic means to save time. Sure, I mean, hand picked and hand placed blog posts are definitely the way to go and I do my own for the most part. No spamming here.

But the problem is that most of us are one-man operations. I have a radio show and I manage music artists on top of being a webmaster, designer, moderating my own (kick ass) forum, and it is a daunting task! I sure could use some help, but most of the software is junk, and half of the people you "hire" are worthless too, so what is a poor boy to do?

I think people that run a "No Follow" blog are just plain stingy. They are the type that take and take but never want to return a damn thing! Sure, they have a nice blog and it takes work, but what kind of harm can be caused to allow a few newer bloggers a little boost? None! You are not gonna get any "Bad Neighborhood" dings because you are not creating any link on your own, and it just shows that they are greedy characters interested in only themselves. They probably don't even care about their blog, just the revenue they get from it.

    That's what I believe anyway.

Fair enough...Although it's people choice on how to commence for their blog. You can't really complain about it. In fact if all the blogs change to no-follow, Google will have to change it's policy.

Although there's, still are like more then 5000 do-follow blogs with high pr.

But it takes ages to find them unless you are using a software to do so.

Well it's want every one wants. That's why people specially use 2-3 plugins on do-follow blogs to prevent spamming.

Akismet is one of them. I my self have a do-follow blog, and get around 30 spams daily. But guess what every single spam is removed in a sec.

Of course it's their choice. No question. I am just pointing out the darker side of greediness. People do what they want anyway, but human nature is generally take, take, take. That is why our economic troubles are so deep around the world. Banks make greedy decisions on bad investments and everyone else is expected to cover their rear-end.

That has little to do with blogs, but you get my point. It's all the same deal. Most of these blogs will take a dive whenever GODoogle decides they want to take thier algorithm in another direction, then they will all be crying the blues about "No Follow" sites they wish they could work with but can't.

It always happens, it is just a matter of time.

And this thread has nothing to do with spam, so I have no idea what that kind of comment is all about. Posting on blogs for backlinks is a legitimate precursor for any good SEO strategy. I hate hearing spam talk. This topic has nothing to do with Blackhat or spam, so drop it.

If you use other peoples Internet property to spam you are a jerk. Posting relevant comment content helps them as much as it should help you! That's my point here. They get points for good solid comment content appearing on their blog. That is a fact. In turn, any person who takes the time to write intelligent and relevant content on their blog should get a little back for the effort. We ain't talking about slime ball Viagra spammers here. Sorry to disappoint.
