I would try just searching on google for "dofollow" -- there are TONS of results

 

I don't know about a search engine, but comment kahuna is the software for you.

Comment Kahuna... http://www.commentkahuna.com/ Sorts them out and has facilities to post directly from the software application. Oh... And did I mention it is FREE?

Comment Hut works well, only does Wordpress in the free addition. It is really efficient though. That Backlinkmagic engine looks like it rocks man! Thanks for that lead.

 

I heard that comment finds are lot of blogs which are no-follow. So should we comment on all the blogs it finds? Will it help us with the SERP and indexing in google.

Great idea!! But asking for list is not a good one. List can be provided by everyone. And half of the blogs in that lists are no-follow.

So we would like to get some manually submitted blogs.

I googled "doFollow Search Engines" and got some good results. When you get to a DoFollow SE - not all of the sites listed are DF. So watch out for that.

there is one dofollow search engine its called the dofollow diver...google it

the results are so-so
