700 blogs is actually quite a few... The challenge is many of these search engines aren't maintained so many results are actually nofollow now. In my experience about 10% of all dofollow blogs go back to Nofollow each month. So if someone lets one of these search engines go for a couple months you'll probably have 30 or 40% NoFollow!

 

Well, no-follow attribute is not a waste of time Google is not the only search engine here in the planet.
