"do Follow" blog lists suck - check these queries instead

I looked it up and it might be. They aren't open source, so that means there is a good chance that many will stick with the old versions because you have to buy it. Which ultimately means there will be many out there for years to come as "dofollow" by default.

While I don't think this replaces the do follow lists out there I have found that many of them are out of date as many bloggers go do follow, then change their minds for a variety of reasons, mainly spam. I like using the link supplied as I can narrow the search to my niche and lets not forget that simply using do follow blog posts isnt ideal. Dropping links in no follow posts can have a benefit, particularly if the posts are meaningful and useful or at least more than the "click here" for the latest get rich quick scheme or male enhancement product that we are all immune to. I am downloading SEO Quake so I can determine what is/isn't do follow but I will continue to post on no follow.

Yeah Ive noticed that on some dofollow blogs you have to check back a few days later because either they modify your anchor text(to me making it useless) or remove your link EVEN IF on auto approval. And of course some are now nofollow to begin with on those dofollow lists.

But this is a great tip, I found some new blogs instantly on my search.

Can we confirm its expressio engine yet platform? Does expression use askimet cause these blogs definitely use askimet cause I got snagged on one of my links.

very specific searching though... I agree, it's good.

 

One problem about searching for blogs randomly is a lot of them are not open to using anchor text. I tried a couple and got my comments or link removed. With the dofollow lists, bloggers are more open to it.

I did some serious searching the last couple hours and found many blogs. There is plenty of blogs though you have to go through to find just a few gems. Like i said earlier most won't like anchor text friendly comments even if its on "auto approval", so choose wisely.

 

I tried the allinurl: and easily from 6 more blogs to add to our list. This is a great tip... Thanks!

This thread has been great. I was able to find a bunch of Sites with multiple PR4 pages that were put on not only automatic approval but were basically abandoned.

I love it when blog owerns put their comments on auto approval and just abandon their sites. That takes balls! One of my sites gets 20,000 spam attempts a year so no way I could do that.
