You can search google for blogs and do install the nodofollow plugin into your FF so you can check it the blog is do-follow or no-follow this way you can post on do follow blogs, one have to work hard to find out do-follow blogs..

its very hard to find do follow blog commenting sites .. because no one want to loose its link velocity only due to noinence commenting.. i would like to suggest u to guest blogging instead of blog commenting
