    yea for the most part do follow links are the best links you can get
    but you still need you no follow links as you want your links to look as natural as possible without raising a red flag with google :)

    No follow link is not crawl by spider and it is not valuable..................Do follow link is crawl by the spider and it is valuable for website ranking.............if you want to know about how much No-follow links present in your website you should install the seoquake tool bar..........that show every thing that is useful for seo.

    If you’ve been doing any kind of reading about link building, then you’ve probably seen people mentioning “nofollow” and “dofollow” links. These are very important terms to understand when you are trying to build great links back to your site in order to increase your search engine rankings. But, to the person who is new to all of this, it may be kind of confusing.

    Most higher PR site do not offer follow links, the reason is because, it will affect their website ranking. The safer way is to not allow. If you are using Wordpress, you can install seo plugins to assist you to do so.
