Do Facebook and Twitter really help for SERP?

Do Twitter and Facebook really help to increase my keyword ranking in search engines, if yes let me know how?

Ya, it's true friend both are most popular sites and best for generate the traffic at sites.

 

Facebook and twitter gives the nofollow attribute to the link so no benefit for search engine rankings but yes they give good traffic.

No, They don't help to get SERP's but help to get some decent traffic.....

 

I don't think that it can affect keywords ranking, but in terms of traffic generation, facebook and twitter helps

 

This is how they help: they generate additional targeted traffic to your site which, assuming your site is good, can get you backlinks.

You can actually look up the page rank o fyour twitter page, but I don't think that matters much to Google and Co.
