I was just planning to promote some CPA offers through Facebook ads and I was wondering if the same issues like AdWords was present here - landing page quality based CPC price. This is why if I were to promote an affiliate product through AdWords I would have to setup a landing page first, because of factors like how SEO is the landing page, how fast it loads, etc. These are all factors which AdWords takes into account and bases the minimum CPC price accordingly. This is one of the reasons why people can't link to the offer's page directly (e.g. $100 Walmart Gift Card, Get a Free iPod), because these are usually poor SEOed. I was wondering if this was all a factor for Facebook ads and if the CPC will be affected by the fact that I will be direct-linking to the affiliate page without a middle (landing) page.
I also used Facebook ppc for CPA purpose a few days ago although it was to a Facebook page.So not sure about this. You may be willing to ask help to Facebook ad team.
