Does anyone experience any such phenomena. I am trying to boost my site rankings trough extensive article submission campaigns hoping that it will be rewarding in few days from now. Share your experiences with article submissions.
Don't expect to get a ton of results within a few days. The idea or article marketing is slow and steady, but consistent. If your articles rank well in the SERP's now, then it's likely they'll continue to give you good results later on. However, more than likely your articles will be just like everyone elses and only send you a handful of traffic each month as time goes on. This is still good traffic and highly targeted so don't be discouraged if you don't see your traffic take a huge boost.
I think bulk Article Submission on Nofollow directories maybe a waste of time, money and will not boost your rankings....So try to gather a list of dofollow article directories and then submit your articles for best results. However as PHPGATOR said, its a slow and steady process,, so do it but don't expect something magical.
no.. it will not hurt your ranking.. diversify your seo effort... if you do everything with articles... the return will diminish .. spend time on other marketing channels..
I've only started article marketing a short time ago, and it has both helped my site in the SERP and I am also seeing traffic coming directly from the articles. I only have a dozen or so articles submitted to EZA so far. Seeing as I'm getting traffic directly from the articles, I will continue to focus more on the quality of the articles rather than just posting as many as possible just for the backlinks.
Working on articles is really a very move in seo prospect. But what ever you do it should be in a limit. If you do any thing in bulk and get the links all of the sudden search engines might treat it as a spam. So better you do in a proper way. One more thing is the quality of the content, it should be very good to get an approved from sites like ezine. So focus on the quality of your articles. Remember Search Engines like slow poison rather than a bullet.
Still it might be of some help in procuring some one way links to your site. I guess the back links from ezine article are still having a decent value.
I dont think you can see the result in SERP within a few days, even if you manage to submit to 1000 different article directories. Some of the article directories may not approve the content. Those that approve your content may not get indexed. Even if the articles are indexed within a day, the effect on SERP is not likely to take place within a few days.
Ezine submission do not hurt ranking, maybe you concentrated on ezines and forgot about other ways of building link. The engines often monitor links from different IPs, if you are using about 5 ezine site for a period of one month that could be the reason. Diversify, let the links be uniquely from over 12 site every months. Other things could be the cause too.
