do ebay affiliate program drops you if you dont get income for late.

i mean to say that is that correct.

If your traffic doesn’t convert, then your earnings per click can go down to zero and you risk being dropped from the program.

Yes - ePN is ruthless with banning. Your account will be flagged if you're pulling in no sales over a period of time. They claim that a rep will reach out to you to "help" you by giving advice, but as the entire community knows, they'll just send you a ban letter.

Yes they may ban you! In my case I received an email stating that I wasn't delivering quality traffic even though I had some sales??? I have used my websites for promoting live antique furniture auctions in the Atlanta area for many years. In recent years selling as much as 2 semi loads of antique furniture at live auctions each month. I doubt that they even looked at my websites or realize that the economy has taken it's toll on the sale of antique furniture in general?

I think they said an EPC lower then 0.03 is the danger zone for the ban hammer.

You're right. I attended their webinar and they publicly stated the 0.03 number as the point where you get flagged.
