Do directory links on WP homepage hurt SEO?

    Hi,

    I am thinking of adding a directory to my blog. Would adding directory listings to my homepage using PHPLD plugin to create this kind of homepage:

    http://blog.dir.vc/

    hurt the SEO of the Wordpress homepage, since the links would appear at the top of the page? Could any SEO hit be addressed by using No-Follow on the directory or placing the directory at the bottom of the homepage?
