alright let's say i go and find hundreds of blogger blogs.

    like

    potatoes.blogger.com
    ham.blogger.com
    ilovelamp.blogger.com

and i go to these blogs, and comment on their articles with my link intact. do each of these blogs count as a new backlink?

They wouldn't count anyway as links in comments in blogger (as in most blogs) will be nofollow. You need to find dofollow blogs if you want your in comment links to count

Most are nofollow, but to answer your question anyway - Yes they count as more backlinks.

Yes, they count as different backlinks. Backlinks from different pages are different backlinks despite of the domain or hosting site.
