Do different browsers IE / FF really give different Google search results?

This might be an old question.
My question is if you are possible to set your
any of these browsers which are
    FF2
    FF3
    IE5
    IE6
    IE7
    IE8
    become same lang/region/num/....

Will you get the same Google search results?

    Thanks

Yeah, provided you have the same preferences saved in each one.

The ones you listed will have the same Google results as well as the new Google Chrome. Google replaced the search function with the Google search engine results. I've used it for a couple of weeks and it loads really fast compared to Firefox and IE.

Browsers would never be an issue for different search engine results. It would show same results with other browsers. Source of the results are from only one data center.

depends on geographical location to get results. different geographical regions will give different results for same keywords

The conspiracy theorists will tell you that if you have Google Toolbar installed, then the results in one browser could be different because it may serve up different results based on your browsing history.

But generally, if you're not logged into Google in any way then the results should be the same.

A Google search result doesn’t depend resting on the browser report.
