Do CPA Networks never track Offer that is promoted on email?

Because I have seen some here posting "pay you $$ for a small job" and they would ask you to PM them to tell you about the details. And lets say, that "offer" can be promoted through email. Since its a private message, how would these cpa networks that they do dirty tricks? Sorry, just a noob question.

    Thanks!

They do track, everything. Many good cpa networks have their own fraud/bh analytical system to protect them from the threat of fraudulent/bh activity.

CPA programs are VERY in tune with fraud. Really no way to get around it. If you try, you can lose your accounts. Just dont do it. :)
