Do .COM.CN domains actually get traffic?

This is something I am very curious about. Do chinese actually type in .com.cn? I was under the asumption that the Chinese have chinese letter keyboards. Therefor, you would actually want your domain to be an IDN. Is this correct?

 

I think .CN domain is ideal, it's widely used in China.

 

I would say .CN is the best in China as of right now. IDN.CN (Literally Chinese letters instead of "English") have been ON FIRE lately selling for thousands of dollars.

公司.net, although not IDN.CN, just sold for $3,000... a bargain if you ask me. "Company.net" in Chinese. Hope you have Chinese fonts installed so you can see it!
