Hi, I am looking for a way to get the spiders/bots to come to my site frequently because when i make changes they are frequently price changes that need to be updated in the SERPs so that customers will see accurate information (and buy more cell phones from us!). I believe it's true that when you have content on your pages that changes, the bots notice this and crawl more frequently so that they can be up on the changes. Does running the Co-op ads accomplish this? Do the SE spiders see these as changes and then commence more frequent crawling because of these changes? Also, if I got anyone's attention with this post I would appreciate if someone on the Co-op team could look at my account and tell me why after 3 weeks with 2K points there is still no evidence that any ad for my site has ever run even once on the network. regards, sam michelson http://www.younevercall.com - great cell phones, great prices!
I'm not sure about the answer to your first question, but I can tell you that several people have answered your second one several times in several threads you've asked. You may not like the answers, but you have been answered.
I'm not really sure the co-op ads are enough of a content page to cause the spiders to recrawl more often. I thought the same thing, but found no evidence to support it looking at server logs. Keep in mind, if you have allot of co-op ads pointing to that page, it'll get crawled more often (I noticed pages co-op ads point to are crawled very often due to the # of linkins to them).
