    classified website can make build a link for you.
    but never forget to distribute your link building action to some different several website and dont consentrate on a certain classified website.

    from what i have seen yes they will create backlinks but some of them are no-follow which means they don`t have any value for seo purposes. If i`m not wrong a good classified that creates do-follow backlinks is usfreeads but you most have aq premium account on them

    Classifieds Published is beat for local traffic,and online presence and make local brand avernees. Not all classified but some of classifieds sites give a Backlink..
