Do blogs accept deep links on commenting?

    Hi,

I want to build links for my deep pages. I have successfully commented on some do follow blogs using deep links. But on some blogs after a few days I don`t see my link. Do some blogs don`t accept deep links? How to know it? Or maybe there are other problems with my comments (they are quality comments!). Why I don`t see my comments on so many blogs when other comments are accepted the same day?
Should I just comment using my homepage?

    Please advice! Thank you!

    Laura

Its really all up to the blog owner whether they accept deeplinks or any links for that matter. The best way to get your link or deeplink accepted is to make worthwhile comments and contribute a link that is highly relevant to the blog posting. One thing to look for us blogs that have commentluv installed. These blogs automatically link to your own last posting from your rss feed and are deeplinks using your post title as the anchor text.

To verify your link go to the blog in question and see if it's active. Some blog owners take awhile to approve comments. For your link to appear as a backlink in google in yahoo you'll have to wait a bit for those searchengines to notice those links.

Personally, as someone whom runs a do-follow blog, I don't have a problem with deep links.

That being said, I don't go through my comments to approve or deny every day, even if I'm posting every day simply because such a high percentage of them are spam and quite honestly I have to be in the mood to do so, it's quite annoying when out of 50 comments over a 3 day period only 2 are real and add anything to the conversation.

Basically, you probably have to give it longer then a couple of days, but I'd be surprised if the problem was the page you're linking to.
