Do BBC Take Down YouTube Videos?

I've got two strikes on my YouTube account so obviously need to be very careful not to get a third now.

I have a BBC interview up with Eminem (I run an Eminem fansite) and I was just wondering if BBC make claims at all.

Reason I ask is, I had a little search and found a statement in like 2007 from a BBC executive saying that they're not going to go hunting down every past video but they reserve the right still. From what I could gather, it doesn't seem like they mind and just see it as free promotion.

Which is of course the most sensible way to look at it. Other networks and companies need to take note.

But I just want to be absolutely sure. It looks like they don't as there's many many BBC clips up and nobody seems to ever get them taken down. Just wondering if anybody else here knows anymore about their viewpoint on it or if any of you have ever had a BBC video taken down?

    Thanks, Nick.

Why dont you ask the BBC directly?
After all what members here will reply can not, in the majority of cases,
be taken as the right, or for that matter the wrong answer.

Is it not better to be informed by the party directly concerned rather than by third party speculation?

Ok, so I just had a youtube video removed and it says it violates their tos. if you read their tos, they can ask anyone to remove a video if they feel it takes away from their business at all...
