Hi there, there are lot fraud and cheating over ebay. by protect consumer or both parties, escow and letter of services is third party to protect both side. just wonder anyone use those agent before? any experience?
I never have. I didn't even know you could use Escrow with Ebay..I guess it's a good idea for the car, boat, and motorcycle buyers out there
